DESCRIPTION:

Acidity is one of the parameters for discriminating between virgin olive oils, lampante olive oil, refined olive oil, olive oil composed of refined olive oils and virgin olive oils, crude olive pomace oil, refined olive pomace oil and olive pomace oil pursuant to point 6 of the annex to regulation no 136/66/eec, in order to identify oil whose characteristics conform with those indicated in annex i of eec reg. 2568/91.
